Hi everyone!

It has been a while since I have blogged but, I was excited because I just got a copy of the new Austin’s Wedding Guide and I am so proud to be the first photographer to do an actual fashion shoot for the magazine!  The Austin’s Wedding guide has traditionally not had fashion shots inside -UNTIL NOW. I am so excited because this was so much fun to do. I love FASHION and I love BRIDAL, so marrying the two is always exciting.

First, I want to give a “shout out” to Sheila (the editor) and Bob (the owner) for taking the fashion leap and putting in the spread. I think it came out really pretty. Second, I would like to give a shout out to Serendipty bridal for providing the dresses as well as to Petal Pushers for doing the floral work.  Next, I would like to say THANK YOU to the gorgeous models that we had in the shoot: Caitlin, Catherine, Laura, Tera, and AnnaMonette-you ladies looked lovely, so lovely that I wanted to get re-married to my husband just so I could wear a bridal gown again . We had gorgeous gowns: Lazaro (my personal fave), Monique Lhuiller, Watters and Watters, and Rivini.  They were all so gorgeous !!

The shoot was an all day event. We started at 8 and ended up in the afternoon. Everyone worked so hard to get the girls ready and dressed, to get the flowers up in the trees and then to get it lit properly with all the studio lights. THANK GOD it did not rain that day (it was supposed to). We shot the whole thing on my property, glad I never cut those trees down .  Anyway…here are a few of my faves from the shoot
